Born in the wide-open landscapes of Idaho and shaped by a life of curiosity, creativity, and resilience, my path has been anything but ordinary.
From teaching and the arts to intuitive guidance and storytelling, every chapter has led me here - helping others find their voice and their way home.
This journey hasn't been without its challenges, but it's in the broken places we often find our greatest purpose. My mission is simple: to help you turn your scars into stories and your stories into strength.

To ourselves, and what we feel and know. Reconnecting with who we are now and how we want to positively express this in daily life, thought, and action.
